Book a workshop or presentation with our company director & lead practitioner, Caroline Collard. Caroline is a registered nutritionist (MSc) specialising in sports nutrition & healthy lifestyles, a qualified personal trainer specialising in strength & conditioning for injury prevention, plus she also supports sports & exercise recovery as a sports massage therapist.

Caroline has a lot of experience under her belt when it comes to health and fitness, but also has a teaching qualification and teaches a Level 3 Sports Nutrition Qualification, as well as running many workshops and doing presentations to sports groups, businesses and those working within the health and fitness industry.

She works closely with Cambridgeshire County Council, Cambridgeshire FA & many sports groups to support local projects & events.

what to expect

Caroline is an experienced & professional speaker who will always personalise her workshops specifically to the audience. Workshops are practical, engaging & promote discussion that is relevant to the type of group attending. Caroline is always willing to adapt to the customer requirements in terms of topics covered & adding in additional ideas - she will discuss the exact set up of your session once you have made a booking. If requested, Caroline can provide a PRO·FORMANCE certificate of attendance for CPD purposes or for groups that wish to provide these to attendees.

Workshop Locations

Workshops can be done face to face at your choice of location (additional travel fees apply), online via your choice of video conferencing platform or face to face in our fully equipped conference room here at PRO·FORMANCE HQ in Histon & Impington (based at Cambs FA headquarters on Bridge Road).

Pricing

60 min Online Workshops £120 (Includes follow up resources & attendance certificates)

90 min Face to Face Workshops £200 (Includes refreshments, practical resources for the workshop, follow up resources & attendance certificates)

Longer workshops can be booked & additional travel fees apply for alternative locations
